我愿你们无所挂虑（林前7：32）。

我们等候救主从天上降临（腓3：20）。 神救众人的恩典已经显明出来，教训我们除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情欲，在今世自守、公义、敬虔度日，等候所盼望的福，并等候至大的 神和我们救主耶稣基督的荣耀显现。他为我们舍了自己，要赎我们脱离一切罪恶，又洁净我们，特作自己的子民，热心为善（多2：11…14）。我们照他的应许，盼望新天新地，有义居在其中。亲爱的弟兄啊，你们既盼望这些事，就当殷勤，使自己没有玷污，无可指摘，安然见主（彼后3：13，14）。 基督既然一次被献，担当了多人的罪，将来要向那等候他的人第二次显现，并与罪无关，乃是为拯救他们（来9：28）。到那日，人必说：看哪，这是我们的 神，我们素来等候他，他必拯救我们。这是耶和华，我们素来等候他，我们必因他的救恩欢喜快乐（赛25：9）。 We look for the Saviour。 The grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to men； teaching us that； denying ungodliness and worldly lusts； should live soberly； righteously； and godly； in this present world； looking for that blessed hope； and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ； who gave himself us； that he might redeem us from all iniquity； and purify unto himself a peculiar people； zealous of good works。 — We； according to his promise； look for new heavens and a new earth； wherein dwelleth righteousness。 Wherefore； beloved； seeing that ye look for such things； be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace； without spot； and blameless。

活物的生命是在血中，我把这血赐给你们，可以在坛上为你们的生命赎罪。因血里有生命，所以能赎罪（利17：11）。
看哪， 神的羔羊，除去世人罪孽的（约1：29）。羔羊的血（启7：14）。基督的宝血，如同无瑕疵、无玷污的羔羊之血（彼前1：19）。 若不流血，罪就不得赦免了（来9：22）。他儿子耶稣的血洗净我们一切的罪（约壹1：7）。 基督用自己的血，只一次进入圣所，成了永远赎罪的事（来9：12）。弟兄们，我们既因耶稣的血得以坦然进入至圣所，是藉着他给我们开了一条又新、又活的路从幔子经过，这幔子就是他的身体。就当存着诚心和充足的信心来到 神面前（来10：19，20，22）。 你们是重价买来的，所以要在你们的身子上荣耀 神（林前6：20）。 The life of the flesh is in the blood： and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls： for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul。 Behold the Lamb of God； which taketh away the sin of the world。 — The blood of the Lamb。 — The precious blood of Christ； as of a lamb without blemish and without spot。 — Without shedding of blood is no remission。 — The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us f
