求你将我的罪孽洗除净尽（诗51：2）。 我要除净他们的一切罪，就是向我所犯的罪；又要赦免他们的一切罪，就是干犯我、违背我的罪（耶33：8）。我必用清水洒在你们身上，你们就洁净了。我要洁净你们，使你们脱离一切的污秽，弃掉一切的偶像（结36：25）。 人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进 神的国（约3：5）。若山羊和公牛的血，并母牛犊的灰，洒在不洁的人身上，尚且叫人成圣，身体洁净，何况基督藉着永远的灵，将自己无瑕无疵献给 神，他的血岂不更能洗净你们的心，除去你们的死行，使你们事奉那永生 神吗（来9：13，14）？他因自己的名拯救他们，为要彰显他的大能（诗106：8）。耶和华啊，荣耀不要归与我们，不要归与我们，要因你的慈爱和诚实归在你的名下（诗115：1）。 Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity。 I will cleanse them from all their iniquity； whereby they have sinned against me； and I will pardon all their iniquities； whereby they have sinned； and whereby they have transgressed against me。 — Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you； and ye shall be clean： from all your filthiness； and from all your idols； will I cleanse you。

你要谨慎自己（提前4：16）。
凡较力争胜的，诸事都有节制，他们不过是要得能坏的冠冕；我们却是要得不能坏的冠冕。所以，我奔跑，不像无定向的；我斗拳，不像打空气的。我是攻克己身，叫身服我，恐怕我传福音给别人，自己反被弃绝了（林前9：25…27）。 要穿戴 神所赐的全副军装，就能抵当魔鬼的诡计。因我们并不是与属血气的争战。乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的，以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战（弗6：11，12）。 凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体连肉体的邪情私欲同钉在十字架上了。我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事（加5：24，25）。因为凡被 神的灵引导的，都是 神的儿子（罗8：14）。这些事你要殷勤去作，并要在此专心，使众人看出你的长进来（提前4：15）。 Take heed unto thyself。 Every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things。 Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown； but we an incorruptible。 I therefore so run； not as uncertainly； so fight I； not as one that beateth the air： but I keep under my body； and bring it into subjection lest that by any means； when I have preached to others； I myself should be a castaway。 — Put on the whole armour of God； that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil。 For we wrestle not against the flesh and blood； but against principalities； against powers； against the rulers of the darkness of this world； against spiritual wickedness in high places。 They that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lus
