十二月二十四日 早课
你们若顺从肉体活着必要死，若靠着圣灵治死身体的恶行必要活着（罗8：13）。 情欲的事都是显而易见的，就如奸淫、污秽等类，我从前告诉你们，现在又告诉你们，行这样事的人必不能承受 神的国。圣灵所结的果子，就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制。这样的事，没有律法禁止。凡属基督耶稣的人，是已经把肉体连肉体的邪情私欲同钉在十字架上了。我们若是靠圣灵得生，就当靠圣灵行事（加5：19，21…25）。 神救众人的恩典已经显明出来，教训我们除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情欲，在今世自守、公义、敬虔度日，等候所盼望的福，并等候至大的 神和我们救主耶稣基督的荣耀显现。他为我们舍了自己，要赎我们脱离一切罪恶，又洁净我们，特作自己的子民，热心为善（多2：11…14）。 If ye live after the flesh； ye shall die： but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body； ye shall live。
Now the works of the flesh are manifest which are these； adultery； forni…cation and such like： of the which I tell you before； as I have also told you in time past； that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God。 But the fruit of the Spirit is love； joy； peace； longsuffering； gentleness； goodness； faith； meekness； temperance： against such there is no law。 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts。 If we live in the Spirit； let us also walk in the Spirit。 The grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men； teaching us that； denying ungodliness and worldly lusts； we should live soberly； righteously； and godly； in this present world； looking for that blessed hope； and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ； who gave himself for us； that he might redeem us from all iniquity。 ROM。 8：13。 Gal。 5：19；21…25。 Tit。 2：11…14。

神我们救主的恩慈和他向人所施的慈爱显明的时候（多3：4）。
耶和华说：我以永远的爱爱你（耶31；3）。 神差
他独生子到世上来，使我们藉着他得生， 神爱我们的心在此就显明了。不是我们爱 神，乃是 神爱我们，差他的儿子为我们的罪作了挽回祭，这就是爱了（约壹4：9，10）。 及至时候满足， 神就差遣他的儿子为女子所生，且生在律法以下，要把律法以下的人赎出来，叫我们得着儿子的名分（加4：4，5）。道成了肉身，住在我们中间，充充满满地有恩典，有真理。我们也见过他的荣光，正是父独生子的荣光（约1：14）。大哉！敬虔的奥秘，就是 神在肉身显现（提前3：16）。 儿女既同有血肉之体，他也照样亲自成了血肉之体，特要藉着死，败坏那掌死权的，就是魔鬼（来2：14）。 The kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared。 I have loved thee with an everlasting love。 In this was manifested the love of God toward us； because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world； that we might live through him。 Herein is love； not that we loved God； but that he loved us； and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins。 When the fulness of the time was e； God sent forth his Son； made of a woman； made under the law； to redeem them that were under the law； that we might receive the adoption of sons。 — The Word was made flesh； and dwelt among us； （and we beheld his glory； the glory as of the only begotten of the Father） full of grace and truth。 — Great is the mystery of godliness： God was manifest in the flesh。 As the children are partakers of flesh and blood； he also himself likewise took part of the same； that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death； that is； the devil。 TIT。 3：4。 Jer。 31：3。 I John 4：9；10。 Gal。 4：4；5。 …John 1：14。 …I Tim。 3：16。 Heb。 2：14。

感谢 神，因他有说不尽的恩赐（林后9：15）。 普天下当向耶和华欢呼。你们当乐意侍奉耶和华，当来向他歌唱。当称谢进入他的门，当赞美进入他的院；当感谢他，称颂他的名（诗100：1，2，4）。 因有一婴孩为我们而生，有一子赐给我们，政权必担在他的肩头上。他名称为奇妙、策士、全能的 神、永在的父、和平的君（赛9：6）。 神既不爱惜自己的儿子为我们众人舍了（罗8：32）。 园主有一位爱子，末后又打发他去（可12：6）。 但愿人因耶和华的慈爱和他向人所行的奇事，都称赞他（诗107：21）。 我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华，凡在我里面的，也要称颂他的圣名（诗103：1）！ Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift。
