他爱我们，用自己的血使我们脱离罪恶（启1：5）。 爱情如死之坚强，众水不能熄灭，大水也不能淹没（歌8：6，7）。人为朋友舍命，人的爱心没有比这个大的（约15：13）。
他被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活。因他受的鞭伤，你们便得了医治（彼前2：24）。我们藉这爱子的血得蒙救赎，过犯得以赦免，乃是照他丰富的恩典（弗1：7）。 你们奉主耶稣基督的名，并藉着我们 神的灵，已经洗净、成圣、称义了（林前6：11）。你们是被拣选的族类，是有君尊的祭司，是圣洁的国度，是属 神的子民，要叫你们宣扬那召你们出黑暗、入奇妙光明者的美德（彼前2：9）。 弟兄们，我以 神的慈悲劝你们，将身体献上，当作活祭，是圣洁的，是 神所喜悦的，你们如此侍奉，乃是理所当然的（罗12：1）。 Unto him that loved us； and washed us from our sins in his own blood。 Many waters cannot quench love； neither can the floods drown it。 Love is strong as death。 — Greater love hath no man than this； that a man lay down his life for his friends。 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree； that we； being dead to sins； should live unto righteousness： by whose stripes ye were healed。 — In whom we have redemption through his blood； the forgiveness of sins； according to the riches of his grace。 Ye are washed； 。。。 ye are sanctified； 。。。 ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus； and by the Spirit of our God。 — Ye are a chosen generation； a royal priesthood； a holy nation； a peculiar people； that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light。 — I beseech you 。。。 brethren； by the mercies of God； that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice； holy； acceptable unto God； which is your reasonable service。 REV。 1：5。 Song 8：7；6。 …John 15：13。 I Pet。 2：24。 …Eph。 1：7。 I Cor。 6：11。 …I Pet。 2：9。 …Rom。 12：1。

职事也有分别，主却是一位（林前12：5）。 掌管王府库的是亚叠的儿子押斯马威；掌管田野城邑村庄保障之仓库的是约拿单；掌管耕田种地的是以斯利；掌管葡萄园的是示每；这都是给大卫王掌管产业的（代上27：25…27，31）。 神在教会所设立的：第一是使徒，第二是先知，第三是教师，其次是行异能的，再次是得恩赐医病的、帮助人的、治理事的、说方言的。这一切都是这位圣灵所运行，随己意分给各人的（林前12：28，11）。 �
