3：13倘若这人与那人有嫌隙，总要彼此包容，彼此饶恕。主怎样饶恕了你们，你们也要怎样饶恕人。
Forbearing one another； and forgiving one another； if any man have a quarrel against any： even as Christ forgave you； so also do ye。
3：14在这一切之外，要存着爱心。爱心就是联络全德的。
And above all these things put on charity； which is the bond of perfectness。
3：15又要叫基督的平安在你们心里作主。你们也为此蒙召，归为一体。且要存感谢的心。
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts； to the which also ye are called in one body； and be ye thankful。
3：16当用各样的智慧，把基督的道里，丰丰富富的存在心里，（或作当把基督的道里丰丰富富的存在心里以各样的智慧）用诗章，颂词，灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，心被恩感歌颂神。
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom； teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs； singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord。
3：17无论作什么，或说话，或行事，都要奉主耶稣的名，藉着他感谢父神。
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed； do all in the name of the Lord Jesus； giving thanks to God and the Father by him。
3：18你们作妻子的，当顺服自己的丈夫，这在主里面是相宜的。
Wives； submit yourselves unto your own husbands； as it is fit in the Lord。
3：19你们作丈夫的，要爱你们的妻子，不可苦待他们。
Husbands； love your wives； and be not bitter against them。
3：20你们作儿女的，要凡事听从父母，因为这是主所喜悦的。
Children； obey your parents in all things： for this is well pleasing unto the Lord。
3：21你们作父亲的，不要惹儿女的气，恐怕他们失去志气。
Fathers； provoke not your children to anger； lest they be discouraged。
3：22你们作仆人的，要凡事听从你们肉身的主人，不要只在眼前事奉，像是讨人喜欢的，总要存心诚实敬畏主。
Servants； obey in all things your masters according to the flesh； not with eyeservice； as menpleasers； but in singleness of heart； fearing God：
3：23无论作什么，都要从心里作，像是给主作的，不是给人作的。
And whatsoever ye do； do it heartily； as to the Lord； and not unto men；
3：24因你们知道从主那里，必得着基业为赏赐。你们所事奉的乃是主基督。
Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance： for ye serve the Lord Christ。
3：25那行不义的，必受不义的报应。主不偏待人。
But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done： and there is no respect of persons。

4：1你们作主人的，要公公平平的待仆人，因为知道你们也有一位主在天上。
Masters； give unto your servants that which is just and equal； knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven。
4：2你们要恒切祷告，在此儆醒感恩。
Continue in prayer； and watch in the same with thanksgiving；
4：3也要为我们祷告，求神给我们开传道的门，能以讲基督的奥秘，（我为此被捆锁）。
Withal praying also for us； that God would open unto us a door of utterance； to speak the mystery of Christ； for which I am also in bonds：
4：4叫我按着所该说的话，将这奥秘发明出来。
That I may make it manifest； as I ought to speak。
4：5你们要爱惜光阴，用智慧与外人交往。
Walk in wisdom toward them that are without； redeeming the time。
4：6你们的言语要常常带着和气，好像用盐调和，就可知道该怎样回答各人。
Let your speech be alway with grace； seasoned with salt； that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man。
4：7有我亲爱的兄弟推基古要将我一切的事都告诉你们。他是忠心的执事，和我一同作主的仆人。
All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you； who is a beloved brother； and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord：
4：8我特意打发他到你们那里去，好叫你们知道我们的光景，又叫他安慰你们的心。
Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose； that he might know your estate； and fort your hearts；
4：9我又打发一位亲爱忠心的兄弟阿尼西母同去。他也是你们那里的人。他们要把这里一切的事都告诉你们。
With Onesimus； a faithful and beloved brother； who is one of you。 They shall make known unto you all things which are done here。
4：10与我一同坐监的亚里达古问你们安。巴拿巴的表弟马可也问你们安。（说到这马可，你们已经受了吩咐。他若到了你们那里，你们就接待他
Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you； and Marcus； sister's son to Barnabas； （touching whom ye received mandments： if he e unto you； receive him；）
4：11耶数又称犹士都，也问你们安。奉割里的人中，只有这三个人，是为神的国与我一同作工的。也是叫我心里得安慰的。
And Jesus； which is called Justus； who are of the circumcision。 These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God； which have been a fort unto me。
4：12有你们那里的人，作基督耶稣仆人的以巴弗问你们安。他在祷告之间，常为你们竭力的祈求，愿你们在神一切的旨意上，得以完全。信心充足，能站立得稳。
Epaphras； who is one of you； a servant of Christ； saluteth you； always labouring fervently for you in prayers； that ye may stand perfect and plete in all the will of God。
4：13他为你们和老底嘉并希拉波立的弟兄，多多的劳苦。这是我可以给他作见证的。
For I bear him record； that he hath a great zeal for you； and them that are in Laodicea； and them in Hierapolis。
4：14所亲爱的医生路加，和底马问你们安。
Luke； the beloved physician； and Demas； greet you。
4：15请问老底嘉的弟兄和宁法，并他家里的教会安。
Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea； and Nymphas； and the church which is in his house。
4：16你们念了这书信，便交给老底嘉的教会，叫他们也念。你们也要念从老底嘉来的书信。
And when this epistle is read among you； cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans； and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea。
4：17要对亚基布说，务要谨慎，尽你从主所受的职分。
And say to Archippus； Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord； that thou fulfil it。
4：18我保罗亲笔问你们安。你们要记念我的捆锁。愿恩惠常与你们同在。
